1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Time

We offer Free Express Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden handling fees, processing surcharges, or minimum purchase thresholds.

Order Processing Time (Handling): 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Transit Time: 1–2 business days (Monday – Friday)
Total Estimated Delivery Time: 2–4 business days

Orders placed after daily business hours, on weekends, or during official public holidays will be processed on the following business day.

2. Protective Packaging & Order Tracking

Digital scales contain sensitive sensors and glass components that require protective packaging during transit. All orders are wrapped in shock-absorbing protective foam and durable shipping cartons. As soon as your order is dispatched from our fulfillment center, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number to monitor your shipment in real-time.

3. Shipping Destinations & Address Restrictions

We currently ship to physical street addresses within the contiguous United States. To ensure safe delivery of precision electronics, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses at this time.

4. Address Modifications & Order Cancellations
